We are looking to recruit a Client Account Manager to join our team of experienced people.
Working shift: 8:00 - 16:30 or 16:30 - 1:00
Working days: Weekender - five working days /including Saturday and Sunday/
Main Responsibilities:
- Promoting the company portfolio of services/products over the phone
- Ensuring all customers receive a high level of personal care and attention
- Handling all request from potential or existing customers you receive by phone/email/chat
- Working with a clients’ database
Skills Required:
- Excellent command of written and verbal English language
- Professional telephone manner and delivering high quality service
- Computer literate /MS Office/ and great attention to details
- Paying great attention to the needs of customers
- Ability to work well both individually and as a part of a team
