Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer service representative who can join our department at Pay to Study. 
Pay to Study is an online application and payment service which allows students to pay their college fees and apply for college courses in a faster, more efficient manner at no cost to the student or the college. 

Shift: 9:00 - 17:30 or 16:30 – 1:00 or 1:00 – 8:00 (Mon-Fri)
Start: Immediate
Location: Varna

Main Responsibilities:

• Distribute e-mails that come into the mailboxes
• Upload new registrations and call or e-mail students/partners
• Advise clients on live chat/ phone/ e-mail
• To be in contact with the finance department and pass them all the needed information regarding payments
• Upload documents to the database
• Perform different types of checks when required
• Follow up on students’/ partners’ queries regularly
• Prepare payment confirmations for partners/ students

Key Competencies required:

• Excellent English - both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills in both technical and non-technical context
• University degree or professional qualification desirable
• Good multitasking, prioritization and team organization skills
• Ability to coordinate projects with web developers and business managers
• Previous experience in a call center preferable but not essential
