Job Description
- Administer and support Linux servers, including configuration management, network administration, security, and software upgrades
- Design, implement and maintain High-Availability solutions
- Develop and execute IT procedures and processes
- Monitor and analyze system performance and availability
- Identify and address software, network, and hardware problems
- Positions available in Sofia and Varna
Essential Qualifications:
- 3+ year experience in Linux system administration;
- Knowledge of Linux networking – configuration, troubleshooting, performance analysis;
- Consolidated and scale-out storage solutions;
- File systems;
- Programing skills in system scripting languages, such as shell, python, perl;
- Experience in deploying and configuring of Open Source packages;
- Knowledge of x86 compatible server platforms;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Fluent spoken and written English;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in server virtualization;
- Experience with Cobbler; Puppet; RabbitMQ; MySQL; Ceph; OpenStack;
- Knowledge of different Linux distributions (Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora, CentOS, RedHat, SuSE)
- Experience in Cloud Computing (Amazon AWS, RackSpace, others);
- Experience with Windows server administration;
