Sales Manager

We are looking to hire a Sales Manager with experience in sales and marketing of software products and services. Job Description

  • The total SM revenue in Bulgaria and abroad;
  • Develop, implement and manage sales and marketing strategy;
  • Establish and maintain business relations with corporate customers;
  • Develop and deliver effective presentations to customers;
  • Organize, coordinate and participate in promotional activities, including conferences, industry groups, meetups, career fairs, and other pubic events;
  • Consult in the development of corporate advertising campaigns;
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure enrollment targets are achieved;
  • Develop partnerships and reseller programs;
  • Develop qualifying sales leads;
  • Oversee sales representatives and account managers

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ year experience in sales and marketing of Software/Business applications and services;
  • Knowledge of the IT and cloud services market;
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Bulgarian;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a decision making role in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the software industry
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT management or similar
  • Genuine interest in high tech and IT services
  • Goal oriented, with positive can do attitude
  • Working in a people supervising capacity



  • Full time position, based on 40 hours per week

  • Location Sofia or Varna, Bulgaria
